RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICY
At KitchenAid Africa, we are committed to providing high-quality appliances and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Cooling-Off Period (Direct Marketing Purchases)
If your purchase was made as a result of direct marketing, cancel it within five (5) business days of receiving the goods, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- A return or exchange request must be logged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and original components are included.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Items that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
3. Defective or Faulty Products
If your appliance is found to be defective within six (6) months of purchase, contact us as soon as possible
- Faulty products will be inspected and tested upon return.
- If no fault is found, the item may be returned to you, and return shipping fees may apply.
- If the defect is confirmed, return shipping fees will not apply, and you will receive a repair, replacement, or full refund.
4. Refund & Exchange Process

Contact Customer Service – Email, call, or WhatsApp us to initiate a return/exchange.

Return Authorization – Our team will guide you on the next steps and provide a return reference.

Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the product and process your request within 7 business days.

Refunds – If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent, KitchenAid Africa will cover return shipping costs.
- If returning for any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Warranty & Repairs
- Most KitchenAid appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- If your appliance develops a fault within the warranty period, contact our service team for assistance.
7. Important Notes
- KitchenAid Africa reserves the right to charge administration and courier fees where applicable.
- Refunds or replacements may be declined if the item does not meet our return conditions.
